Camp Description:	Camp looked in great condition. Passed by for a break mid-hike from Three Falls Camp and Sheep Camp (and return). Watch out for big fallen tree just before reaching camp from Three Falls. Hikers made new path around it, approaching creek. Always pleasant to appreciate big skies above, Stellar's Jays and surprise cell-phone reception!

Camp Description:	Camp was beautiful and we were alone for our 1-night stay this week. There are a few established fire rings and plenty of places to set up tents. Truly a beautiful place to spend the night. We did see a tick so be sure to do a tick-check at night! Trailhead states 3 miles to Lilly Meadows, however both me and my hiking partner measured about 3.6 miles to the site.

Water Source Details:	About 1-1.25 miles before camp there was a small waterfall behind some rocks before the sharp right turn where trail turns into a single-track trail. If you start going up a steep single-track then you've passed this water source! Follow the river bed between two steep rock faces. Not a lot of water but flowing enough to filter. Some sources closer to camp but slightly harder to access, we could hear the trickling water from the trail.
Weather Conditions:	Sunny, clear, 70s in the day, low 30s at night

Camp Description:	Some friends and I backpacked in from the BSA camp. The trail was in pretty good condition. There was just one large deadfall on the trail about 1/2 mile from camp but it could be navigated easily. The last mile to camp was a little tough since there are some steep switchbacks. The camp was in good shape and we were the only ones there from Saturday to Sunday. A strange thing we found was that someone had left a nice REI 2-person tent and a tarp on the table at the campsite. Upon looking around some more we found a large bag of food tucked behind the logs near the firepit. My group and I left them alone figuring someone would be coming for them. By next morning still no one came, which surprised us. We decided to pack out the mystery food since it was not being stored properly and there were perishable items like meat, cheese, and butter. Our fear was that wildlife would eventually find the food and scatter trash throughout the forest. It was hard to understand why someone would bring so much food and abandon it like they did.

Camp Description:	Streambed is very overgrown and hard to access.Â The best way to water is to work your way along the trail south of Lilly Campsite. Water is generally more accessible toward the west bank if you can get across, though in some areas you can climb down the bank on the side nearest the trail. Water continues down about 1/4 mile south of camp before the stream goes underground and the bed is dry. There was plenty of water still flowing at Three Falls at the Roads End just before the switchbacks into the Chumash Wilderness.Â Probably several gallons a minute.Â Just follow the sound to the falls.

Weather Conditions:	Slight warming trend. Nights in the low to mid 40's, days in the mid 50's to mid 60's

Camp Description:	North falls at the bottom of the trail was flowing fine. Nothing at Lilly Meadows, but 1/4 mile down the hill has a narrow place in the canyon. Underground water bubbles up to the surface and was just a few minutes to fill 4 quarts.
